Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing, plan limits, and included features are shown at the time of purchase and may change prospectively.

Subscription billing is handled by our payment provider. By purchasing a plan, you authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and recurring renewals unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments are handled in line with applicable law, the payment processor workflow, and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout.

You may not use Emeal to violate law, infringe rights, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, disrupt system integrity, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape content at scale, or submit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading information.

You may not use the product to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or intended to misrepresent Emeal output as professional medical advice.

Emeal, including its branding, software, visual design, and product content, is owned by Emeal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, we may use them without restriction or obligation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service in a way that could harm other users or the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emeal is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every dietary context.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emeal and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

If you continue using Emeal after revised terms take effect, that continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
